💡 How the sample review text works
Customers see a randomly picked inspiration snippet — a short starting point they can personalise before posting. Each customer gets a different style of suggestion (tone, focus, structure) so reviews don't look copied. Google can flag identical reviews as inauthentic, so the samples are intentionally varied and neutral in wording. Customers are always encouraged to add their own details.
